While, Garlic Extract is processed into allicin, whose ingredient Diallyl sulfide (CH2 = CHCH2) 2S3, is a very unstable organic sulfide and is easily degradable, almost completely decomposed at temperature (20 ?) after 20 hours,decomposition faster after heating; Meiherb has the advanced technologies to process Garlic Extract and maintain the active ingredient allicin.
