Coconut CO2-se extract (organic), DE-OKO-013
Odor: characteristic Use: The major flavour components of coconut meat are delta C8- and delta C10 lactones which are described as buttery, tropical-fruity and coconut-like. Other sensitive minor compounds with significant flavour and odour impact are described mostly as fruity and also nutty, green, lemon and rose aromas. The product has a lush and authentic coconut flavour very close to fresh-cut coconuts. |

Coconut ORGANIC CO2 (SELECT)
Odor: characteristic Use: Adam Michael has this to say about Coconut ORGANIC CO2 (SELECT) “To my nose the smell is joyous coconut sweet, a walk on the beach coconut fresh, coconut creamy, coconut nutty, with a buttery/fatty texture. This material is solid at room temperature and requires warmth for 4-6 minutes before turning liquid. The pulp of this fruit is CO2 extracted and this material is a select extract. Useful for natural perfumers and anyone who wants to enjoy the aroma of an all-natural coconut material. The major constituents include lauric acid 58.4%, myristic acid 17.4%, carpylic acids C8:0 & C10:0 at 17.8% collectively and palmitic acid at 4.8%.” |

Coconut CO2, Select
Odor: characteristic Use: Coconut CO2 Select offers a more waxy, solid-like consistency than typical Coconut oil. Also, there is a slightly more earthy, light aroma than typical Coconut oil that can tend to be more on the odorless side. This material is nice for our cosmetic makers. |
