ambrette seed tincture
abelmoschus moschatus seed tincture

Notes:
Ambrette Seed, from which the essential oil is distilled, is also used to prepare a tincture: 100 grams of seed to 1 litre of 90° alcohol. The seeds are finely crushed and allowed to macerate in the usual way. It may be added that this tincture, while quite different from that of ambergris, nevertheless has something in common with it.
